Every additional user brings 1 million tokens into the shared pool; at every tier the quota corresponds to roughly 125 conversations per user and month.
Growing with you: you do not have to move up a package in order to grow – additional users are available in every package, and they get cheaper in steps: with Starter from CHF 79 down to 59, with Business from 69 down to 49, with Scale still CHF 19.90 from the 101st user. Above a certain size the next package is simply the better deal.

Usage-based, only when needed
What is a token?
A token is roughly three quarters of a word. As a planning figure we assume around 8'000 tokens per conversation; actual usage varies with the model, the context, knowledge search and tool calls. At that figure, 1 million tokens correspond to about 125 conversations. Overage costs CHF 5.00 per 1 million tokens.
The pilot: 100 days, then the balance sheet
CHF 5'000 one-off – the clearly defined way in:
Up to 20 users for 100 days – Business size, with the knowledge base and one skill module of your choice: one use case, clearly bounded and done properly
Technical setup: your own tenant, roles, autonomy levels and approvals, ingest of your knowledge sources
2 workshops (3 h discovery at the start, 2 h review at half-time) and support from Caprilytics
Success criteria instead of gut feeling: at the kickoff we jointly define what the pilot will be measured against. After 100 days you receive a documented evaluation: criteria met and missed, usage and quality findings, open integrations and a recommendation to stop, adjust or expand into production. What would count as a stop is agreed up front, too – not buried in the small print.
And if 100 days turn into a working relationship, the first two months are on us: sign up for a Starter, Business or Scale package within 30 days of the pilot and we will waive the first two monthly fees. After that you use the chosen package for at least ten paid months. That amounts to a minimum term of twelve months from the start of the contract; the regular three months’ notice to the end of a month applies thereafter.

Botster comes in three packages: Starter at CHF 990 per month (5 users, 1 skill module), Business at CHF 1'890 (20 users, knowledge base, 3 modules) and Scale at CHF 3'490 (50 users, plus long-term memory, voice control and your own branding). Additional users cost between CHF 79 and CHF 19.90 per month on a sliding scale – the larger the package and the number of users, the lower the price per head. Governance, approvals and the audit trail are included in every package. Enterprise with a dedicated installation (your own environment and GPU resources in Switzerland) is quoted on request. The way in is the Botster pilot: CHF 5'000 one-off for 100 days with up to 20 users.
